1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 ripe avocado, cut into 1/4-1/2" cubes
1 cup corn
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup spanish olives, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
lime juice to taste (optional)
Combine all ingredients. Serve at room temperature or cold.
